The Consular Office of the Chinese Embassy in UK will be closed from 2nd to 6th February, 2011 (Wednesday- Sunday) to observe the traditional Chinese Spring Festival.

Note:
The normal visa processing time is 4 days;
The Chinese Embassy only accepts applications of Diplomatic, Service, Courtesy Visa and Hong Kong SAR passport and visa/entry permit. The rest of the visa applications shalll be directly submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre;
If processed by the Centre, the total amount of the fees to be paid by an applicant = visa fees + application service fees. Visa Fees are collected by the Centre on behalf of the Chinese Embassy; Application Service Fees are charged by the Centre.
