Pre-arrival Visa Initiative
The Macao Special Administrative Region will implement the following measures starting from 1 July 2010: nationals of Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam are required to obtain an entry visa before arriving at the Macao Special Administrative Region. Visa-upon-arrival is no longer applicable to these nationals.
Documents Requirements
1. A valid passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months and at least one blank visa page in it.
2. One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo (2x2 square inch) stuck on it.
3. Applicants of other countries should provide a copy of his or her visa to Vietnam.
Additional Documents
Tourist Visa/Visting Relatives (L Visa): Round-way tickets and hotel booking etc. Proof of relationship, photocopy of the identity document and residence permit of the relative in China;
Business (F) Visa: Visa Notifications Form from an authorized Chinese Unit, or invitation letters from the host company, meeting or exhibition organizers in China, etc.
Student (X) Visa: The original and photocopy of the approved Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW201 or JW202) issued by relevant Chinese government unit, and the admission notice from the Chinese school; Physical Examination Form (Health Certificate) and one photocopy.
