Recently, Some local agents have claimed that they could provide paid services on Chinese visa application. The Embassy and Consulate of China in Nigeria declares on their website as follows:
1. According to relevant Chinese regulations, all Nigerian visa applicants must come to the Embassy or Consulate in person for interview and other procedures of Chinese visa application.
2. The Chinese Embassy or Consulate has never authorized any unit, organization or person as agent for Chinese visa application.
3. The Chinese Embassy or Consulate do not charge extra fees for the visa application, except for the stipulated ones (Please refer to the Visa Fee webpage) based on relevant Chinese regulations.
