I would like to travel from HanOi Vietnam by train and bus to Hong Kong. And fly back within 1 week to my hometown Amsterdam Europe. Do I need a visa with my European Passport?

The suggested applying time is one or two months before your visit to China. The visa procedure usually takes 4 working days, and for the express visa service, it could be done within three working days. Rush service is for application before 10 o'clock and pick-up on the next working day. Concerning a certain special visa applications that need to be referred back to Mainland China or Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the visa process could take two weeks to two months.
