Hello, I'm a U.S. citizen that's currently living in Italy. I'm trying to obtain a visa to travel to China and would like to know how the process works. Is there any way to submit the visa application online? I depart from Italy on March 17th and will arrive in China on April 12th (departing April 15th).

Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

I am an Iranian citizen and residence of Italy for 3 years.
I would like to go to Hong Kong from May 31st to June 7th to present my research at ICRA conference. I have an invitation letter from the conference organization and I can provide enough documents for VISA as it is mentioned in the forms. I want to know where should I apply for VISA? and I have been told that I need to be a residence of Italy for more than 5 years to be able to apply from Italy, Is this a problem?
best regards

Dear Ms. Liang Hui

I am a US citizen currently in Italy, at the end of this month would like to travel to Hong Kong (from 30 October to 8 November) via London. Do I require an entry visa into Hong Kong?

I am Pham, a Ph. D student living in Pisa, Italy. I have an a presentation for my academic paper at an international conference held in Beijing in November 12-15. I am about to lodge my visa application and have several questions as follows:
1. Where (Rome, Milan or Florence) should I submit my visa application to?
2. Whether I must go to the embassy/consulate or I can post my application documents to your office?
3. What kind of documents I need to prepare?
4. How long the visa process?
