i am a German citizen living (also registered) in Italy. I want to go to Beijing for 2-3 weeks desaster management course. Where do i apply for my Visa? in Chineese ambassy/consulates in Italy or in Germany?

Hello! Since few days i try to call the consulate of Milan. But nobody pick up the phone during regular working time.
Actually I need some information. I'm living and working in China since 2 years. Recently I moved from Shanghai to Shenzhen. In order to apply new working permit etc. I have been asked to do a notarization in italy and then sent all documents to chinese embassy for verification. Is there somebody available to help me where I should send the documetns??? Many Thanks Dimitri Tri.

hallo, i just want to as, why chian embassy can answer phone calls anyway i live here in italy and me and my wife and kids we are all here. my wife want to go to china for business,i want to know how she can apply the visa.

Hello! I am from Hong Kong. I want to get marry with my fiance in Verona Italy on 9 May 2011, I keep calling and send email to the Chinese Consulate in Milan. No one answer the call even I call them on mon, wed and thur from 9:15 to 12:00. I want to ask if I can get the marriage permit on the same day I apply, because Verona wedding location need me to send them fax of the copy of my marriage permit 8 days b4 my delcaration. What else can I do???
