I am Nguyen, I live in Genoa, Italy. I have the invitation to give the presentation for an international conference held in Shanghai next month. I have two questions that I am not clear and hope you can help me:
1. Can I go to Roma to give my visa application instead of Florence?

2. Assume that I have the issued visa to go to Shanghai for my conference from Italy. Can I use that visa to go to Vietnam and return to China again before coming back to Italy?
Thank you

Hello! Since few days i try to call the consulate of Milan. But nobody pick up the phone during regular working time.
Actually I need some information. I'm living and working in China since 2 years. Recently I moved from Shanghai to Shenzhen. In order to apply new working permit etc. I have been asked to do a notarization in italy and then sent all documents to chinese embassy for verification.
