The embassy opening hours are minimal in Dublin, visafirst have visa centres in dublin city and kilkenny which you can post to, very fast and simple

Can the Visa application be sent by post or does it need to be presented in person?

Thanks in advance

Hello, two friends and I are travelling to china for two weeks in June. What do we need in order to obtain a visa and is it possible for only one of us to bring all the information, forms etc. and collect all the visas as we have work commitments and may not all be able to travel to Dublin to do so?
Kind regards
