I am a British citizen with a British passport working in France and need a visa for China. If I go directly to your office (20 Rue de Washington Consular Department) can I get my visa in the same day? Otherwise how long will it take?

I am a canadian citizen travelling in Europe. I would like to obtain a visa to enter China directly from Europe in early July. I prefer not to return to USA before going to China. Can I obtain a visa the same day if I come to your 20 Rue de Washington Consular Department on the morning of June 21, between 9.30 and 12? If so, what time can I collect the visa? Also please confirm for me your address and the Metro location of your Counsular Department for visa services. Thank you!
