I saw that the price of the visa to China is changed, is that right? before used to be 30 for Belgians and 33 for other nationalities, is that right?

I've been trying to contact the embassy by phone for a week now, in order to ask some information about the visa, however without succes. Could you tell me when is the best moment to call? (I've been calling between 10 and 12 am and between 2 and 5 pm).

In May of this year I want to marry my Chinese girlfriend . At the moment I
am busy to assemble all documents ( if it is necessary translated in Chinese
! ) to come to the embassy for my visa and permission for marriage in China
.
I heard that I must present a document to the local authorities to show
that I am free to marry. This document is called a Certificate of No
Impediment (CNI) and can be obtained from the chinese Embassy in Belgium and
has to be translated into ch
