I have 2 Chinese friends living in Kunming,Yunnan that wish to visit Belguim for a bamboo conference and to visit a tissue culture labloratory. How do they get a visa to Belgium? One is male, 48, married with 1 son, has cars, houses, lot s of money. His translatlor is 27, female, single, no child, not much money.
Please advise.

Can the fare of visa be mentioned on the website to avoid that you come to pickup the visa and dont have enough cash with you ?

Also can the term 'group visa' be defined please ?

I applied for a visa for 13 people : that time it was told to me that the price was 40 euro / person
I had to pay 50 euro / person
As i didnt have enough money i had to come back day later and it was told that group fare was not applicable as it was 'special' - just that.

I saw that the price of the visa to China is changed, is that right? before used to be 30 for Belgians and 33 for other nationalities, is that right?
