Dear Sir,

I would like to ask for advise on how do i go about our stock eksport to Tianjin have caused a problem. Our Tianjin buyer sign with us purchase contract on our products. Our agreement between us is in TT terms. Right now the company have problem with funds which unable take our stock from the Tianjin port. Hi there, I'm supposed to leave to Beijing on the 11th Oct. I'm going for a Conference, and needed to get clearance from my office...the procedural bureaucracy we needed to comply.

I was about to submit the documents for visa application and found out that the Embassy will be closed from today till the 8th. can you advise me how to hasten the process for Visa.
