Dear Sir.
I'm Swedish, but I currently live in Shanghai on a L visa. This visa is about to expire in feb 6. So I will have to leave the country and apply for a new one. I'm thinking about Malaysia... will that be a problem? Seeing how I'm not malaysian nor do I live in Malaysia... Another problem is the upcoming chinese new years. Will it be more difficult to get a visa in KL than if I were to go to say... Hong Kong (where I went last time) or should I just get another extansion here?

Since the new China-Asean free trade is in place next year 2010. When will China going to waive the Visa for the Malaysians just like the Singaporeans? I think it is a good idea for China to waive the visa for Malaysians to boost the tourists in China and also would be very convenience for all the oversea Malaysians to visit China with Malaysians Passports.

re: Student Visa to China (3-6 months)

1) Medical Check Up: Can the applicant have the medical check up in other hospitals, instead of General Hospital and Tong Shin Hospital?

2) Does the applicant need to photo-copy the whole passport (from front page to the back page)?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Many thanks.
