Dear Sir,
I am a University professor & like to attend an international congress at Guangzhou (15-19 Dec.). The inviter sent me documents but not the hard copy as there will be 200-300 participants & the Govt. provide them only one copy. They sent me mail mentioning it that it was communicated to all the relevant embassyes. Is it possible to get visa by lodging the copies on 8.12.11?

Refer to visa interview if you allow us to get the serial on day basis for visa by using web side of your Embassy then it will be much effective and safe everybody time because it is very difficult to get our interview by the serial of the day for visa even if we attend early norming to your Embassy visa gate.

I m regular visiting China as i m doing business with several chinese mafg and supp. Last 2 years i had visited many time to China, Last visit i made in the month of Nov,09. From last year Nov,08 i always use China Local Govt Invitation letter to obtain visa. I have an unrgent visit & meeting on 19th Dec,09 but it takes more then 10 working days to get Local Govt. Inv.
